der betreiber hat zuerst die amateurfunker, die ihre meßprotokolle veröffentlicht haben, geklagt, und dann auch gegen den bescheid des ministeriums berufen und (aus formalen gründen) recht bekommen. seither hab ich nix mehr über die sache gehört...

ja -- es wurde ja vom gericht auch nicht angezweifelt, daß die störungen zu groß sind, sondern nur, in welcher form das ministerium gegenmaßnahmen vorschreiben muß. die frage ist halt, wie lang das dauert, bis das juristisch endgültig durch ist.
