SLC gibt es nur noch im Industrie-Bereich und meist auch nur mit deutlich weniger als einige hundert GB und entsprechend teuer.

[...]Ja, DVD-RAM habe ich hier auch noch samt einem BD-Laufwerk von LG, was die Dinger lesen und schreiben kann. Aber auch davon sind mir schon welche unlesbar geworden nach vielen Jahren.
MLC, also 2 Bit pro Zelle gibts auch noch. QLC, also 4 Bit und damit 16 Spannungslevel pro Zelle finde ich jetzt doch etwas sportlich wenn es um Langzeithaltbarkeit geht.
