Hallo, nach verzweifelter Suche nach einem CD4001 fand ich im "Bauteilkasterl"
2 Stangen 28DIL IC´s mit der Bezeichnung TFK (Telefunken) U471B. Da googeln nichts brachte die Frage an euch: was ist das für ein Bauteil? Dürfte sicherlich 30 Jahre am Buckel haben. Danke Peter

das sind aber 16DIL-Packages. Ich vermute eher, daß es sich um ein Video-Interface à la TDA4470 oder TDA4472 handelt. Aber ... nur Vermutung ;-)
