"Damals" nahm man 26LS30, 26LS31 und 26LS32, aber die gibt's heute nicht mehr neu als THT. Bei Maxim finde ich den MAX490CPA im 8poligen
Punkt-zu-Punkt-Verbindung mit bis zu 1Mb/sec. Die Seriell-Chips haben TTL-Pegel, also klassische 5V.

Ein 79(L)05 mit zwei Cs wird wohl drin sein.

die AM26C31 und AM26C32 im DIL sind laut TI active. Gibt es z.B. bei Digikey, etwa 65 Cent (Euro).
Wie kommst Du auf +-5V? Die sind doch single 5V Supply.

..und die sind bei tme.eu auch beide lieferbar, vor einem halben Jahr habe ich die dort auch noch gekauft (Rep. irgend eines Siemens CNC-Monitors)
