Ich bräuchte mal ne Empfehlung zu nem Kleinsignal-FET, so um 100mA, N-Kanal, selbstsperrend. Keine besonderen Anforderungen, irgendwas gebräuchliches, quasi den BC547 unter den FETs :-)
