Interruttore on-on

Ciao, che vuol dire interruttore unipolare on-on?Io ho bisogno del classicissimo interruttore aperto-chiuso,e chiedendo in un negozio mi hanno proposto proprio un interruttore on-on.Ma che senso ha?Non è più corretto dire on-off(aperto-chiuso)?

Direi che è un deviatore; lo puoi usare al posto di un interruttore, basta lasciare scollegato il terzo contatto.

Probabilmente si trattera' di un on-off-on, cioe' che ha l'off centrale e ambedue gli altri lati danno on al relativo circuito collegato ai capi.
