MGT Clock

I am designing a board with a Virtex 4 FX20. I want to use 4 out of the MGT devices. I am planning to use a 312.5MHz oscillator for the clock. M question is can I supply the clock to each of the MGT tiles (2) or shoul I use a fan out chip so that each tile has its own clock which will b derived from my input oscillator.

If the tiles are you want to use are on the same side then one MGT clock is enough, otherwise you'll need two.
