wir suchen wieder einmal was ausgefallenes:
Je 3 Stück EC-10N16 und EC-10P16 im TO3-Gehäuse. Sind 125W Mosfets...
Digi hat sie nicht und RS auch nicht. Hat jemand sonst noch eine Idee, wo man suchen könnte? Passende Ersatztypen würden es wohl auch tun, wenn man wüsste nach was man suchen soll...

BUZ900/905, schau mal ob Farnell die noch hat. Wenns etwas robuster sein darf auch BUZ901/906, oder richtig fett BUZ901D/906D.
