bin gerade über 2 Leichen gefallen:
Ich suche für beide ein Datenblatt in pdf Form (zur Not auch ein Scan / Fax o.ä.).
IC Master kennt beide als OnSemi/Mot, dort finde ich aber kein Datenblatt. Weitere Suche brachte bei den üblichen Verdächtigen (Toshiba, Sanken, Sanyo) keine weitere Ergebnisse.
Any ideas?
