Hallo, was sind/bedeuten die FET-Eingänge eines OpAmps ? Wann braucht man die, oder sind die immer bei einem im IC integrierten OpAmp dabei ???

Es gibt solche und solche OPV's. Welche mit bipolar Transistoren, und welche mit FET's (und auch gemischte, die FET-Eingänge haben am Ausgang aber bipolar sind). Vorteile der FET-Eingänge: sehr hochohmig. Nachteil: hohe Offsetspannung, geringerer CMVR.
