Hallo Helmut,
aus demselben Grund konnte ich auch keinen direkten link angeben - deren links könnten wirklich besser sein. Das war wohl die Seite die ich auch gemeint hatte. Die Potis von denen haben einen guten Ruf und sind für Qualität bekannt.

Hallo Helmut,
naiv hätte ich für SPICE auch einfach eine log-Funktion plus einen gewissen Wert für den Endwiderstand verwendet.
