darlington a mosfet

in un piccolo circuito che pilota dei motori passo passo, vi sono montati come stadio finale dei transistor darlington bdx53 vorrei sostituire questi ultimi con dei mosfet irfz44 per pilotare questi transistor, vi sono due integrati 7474 7486 che attraverso due resistenze una da 470 ohm ed una da 22k che serve solo per fare tornare il transistor in posizione 0 , il problema è che non funzionano, ho provato a togliere le resistenze 22k ed abbassare il valore da 470 a 0 mai niente da fare, sulla basedei transistor mi giunge una tensione di 3v anche se sinceramente non riesco a capire perché è così bassa, ma con i mosfet non non funzionano,non so più dove sbattere la testa consigli ??? grazie anticipatamente

Puoi postare da qualche parte lo schema ? Cosi' e' difficile ragionarci. Do per scontato che tu abbia collegato correttamente il mos.

E` normale che una TTL classica tiri fuori 3V circa sul livellio alto.

Puoi mettere al posto di quegli integrati i corrispondenti HTC, oppure mettere una resistenza di pull-up da 1 kohm sull'uscita, verso il +5V. In ambedue i casi ottieni un livello alto di circa 5V. A questo punto puoi usare un mos di tipo logic level.
