The guy running aioe gets really pissed off when you report every forged post. If a hundred people did it, he wouldn't be able to keep up with the complaints.

LOL :)

Maybe the goof would learn to shut down forgers / impostors promptly.
Black holing all Internet, usenet and any imports from Italy would be better. Either his government would shut down his ass-nonimus service, or they would remain unable to dump their crap onto US soil.
It's too bad you can't set follow ups to snipped-for-privacy@aioe.org for every message.
You can with Agent.

Maybe one of the software types here could write a forgery auto abuse forwarding program.
This is one of the times I would be in favor of a moderated newsgroup. Multiple moderators, and make sure any forged posts go to the individual so they have the pleasure of deleting it. Also filter out 'riffraff', or whatever his sock puppet is today by is NTTP posting host IP address.
OK i have agent running now. what is the quick way to autoprogram the abuse complaints?

In the "post a reply", there's a To: box.
Add snipped-for-privacy@aioe.org to your (Agent) address book, and click it into the box.
Prior to this I do "H" (show headers) and copy the tracking headers, then paste it into the reply.

Basturdo, you are just tooooo obvious / oblivious.
However, whatever skills they develop are related to the nature of the game. Rabid shoot em ups are very popular and the social values that are thus taught are quite toxic to civil society.

Yep. aioe.org is set-up in a fashion to allow anonymous postings, up to 25 per day, records kept, but only surrendered upon order of Italian government. Cute, eh ?:-)
I already know who's actually doing it... at least by E-mail address. Now I just need to figure out _where_ he is, so my "friends" can adjust his attitude ;-)

messagenews: snipped-for-privacy@4ax.com...
problem.
Are you sure that this is the source of the forged posts?
Smart forgers generate dummy paths before injecting messages into an open NNTP relay. The host at the far right of the path might not be where the message originated.
Then you should contact the next site to the left in the path and inform them that the originating site is hosting abusive posters and refusing to act. They will cut off the feed from the entire site.
