AD538 SPICE model?

Hi.

Anybody here has a SPICE model for AD538 IC? It's IC used for applications like multiplication, division and square root of voltage.

My simulators are SIMetrix and LTSpice.

Thanks!

The block diagram probably has enough detail for you to create your own model.

Here comes the problem!

I almost don't have any knowledge in making models from a block diagram :(

Then now would be a good time to start learning.

Any garden variety transistor will work, just choose one small enough so it doesn't limit bandwidth.

It's just a schematic; it even gives the resistor values. Make some assumtions about the transistors, and it should be quite easy.

Then, it's easier. I will try to make my own model. I think I can draw the schematic and make it into netlist for model.

One doesn't need transistors. e.g.

..subckt AD538 out 1 2 3 ....

b1 out 0 v= v(1)*v(2)/v(3) .... ..ends

Or whatever it actually does.
