The Ethernet handling in Raspbian is perfectly capable to handle trunked (tagged) virtual LAN frames from and to a VLAN-capable switch.

The different virtual LANs are shown as separate network interfaces in the system, and they can be handled in the same way as the normal network devices in firewalling, routing and bridging.
