Call a TV Repair shop. Check the yellow pages.
mute button? are all channels and inputs affected? headphone jack - try plugging and reconencting a pair of headphones see if audio reappears. beyond this you've probably little chance....get it to a tech.

Make sure the unit is not in SAP mode if it has it.
