JVC AV-27BP4 Schematic needed

I have one of these sets which will not turn off. I can hear the relay(s?) clicking but the power stays on. Thanks in advance to anyone who can post this schematic. Art

The relay contacts MAY be stuck closed! Just measure for AC, & DC voltage accross the contacts of the relay when the TV is on, & turned off! dani.
