Has anybody interface a WIFI compact flash with a FPGA? Could provide any tips or information in how you did it.

could be worth buying one to get the interfacing info from the drivers..
Perhaps maybe you can pick up the datasheet of the chip used in your WiFi compact flash board and take a peek at it?
It is most likely a simple memory mapped hardware interface (or ATA like interface given its a CF standard).
