Is a USB Flash Memory Key "classed" as a Mass Storage Device?
Since they can be 8k ~ 8G.

Yes.
The definition of "Mass" does not specify a size. I think you are taking "Mass" to mean "large" when, in this case, the more appropriate meaning would be "together".
