Hallo, Vielleicht hat jemand auf die schnelle einen Tip für mich: Suche Thyristor im TO220 Gehäuse, aushalten soll er so 8A / 200V. Ist überhaupt nicht kritisch, ist für einen Ladereglernachbau eines Motorrads.
