A/D-Wandler-Inputs am DSP absichern...

- Liebe Kollegen,

wir setzen einen Motorola-DSP vom Typ 56F803 ein (3,3VDC-Versorgung) und machen uns Sorgen um dessen Input-Pins des A/D-Wandlers.

Wie könnte man die vor Überspannung schützen? Habe Surpressor-Dioden bisher nur ab 6V8 gefunden :-(
