Ich suche Thyristors BSTE0330 und BSTE0330 Siemens. Welche andere wird gute ?

Ich suche Thyristors BSTE0330 und BSTE0330 Siemens zum Blitze Braun

2000. Es gibt keine Infos am Net. Abmass 10x10x5mm (plastic). Was fuer einen Thyristor kann man hier stecken statt BSTE0330 und BSTE0330 (am zweiten Blitze) ?

Das ist warscheinlich GTO ? Andere zweie Thyristors BRX... im Blitze sind SCR, aber sie sind warschaeinlich gute.

Das heisst, der zweite Thyristor ist BSTE0333 zu Braun2000 F022. Passende diese auch zu Braun 42VC, weiss ich nicht.
