Hallo Stimmt es das in der Schnittstelle zwischen PC und VGA Monitor eine I2C Schnittstelle mitgefuehrt wird.? Ueber die soll zb Monitor-Hersteller und Typ uebertragen werden. Kann man ueber diese Schnittstelle auch andere Devices steuern ?

Jein, das kommt ganz darauf an wie der Grafikkartenhersteller die Funktion realisiert hat. Such mal nach 'VESA DDC', DDC=Display Data Channel.
