Getaktete Wechselspannung 230V umwandeln in Gleichspannung 0-2V

Hallo,
zu Meßzwecken brauche ich eine Schaltung die eine getaktete 230V Wechselspannung in eine Gleichspannung 0-2V umwandelt. Das 230V Taktsignal hat eine variable Signal-Pausenzeit, je länger die Pausen sind desto geringer soll die resultierende Gleichspannung sein.
Trafo-Gleichrichter is klar, aber dann?

Wozu Trafo ? Potentialtrennung, achso. Brueckengleichrichter nur notwendig, wenn negative Signal-Pausenzeit anders als positive ist, sonst reicht Diode und Belastungswiderstand nach Masse.
Mittelwertbildung durch RC-Kombination, wenn die Reaktionszeit schnell genug ist, sonst Filter mit schnellerer Antwort.
