devo costruire un AC/DC 230V-12V... sarà un classico flyback da 5W. Per la rete di filtro in ingresso come mi devo regolare?

Ovvero? Filtro emi è un po' generico...cosa si mette normalemnte? come si dimensiona?
Sorry ma non sono molto pratico sul 230V..
