Snow

Can you believe we got snow this early in the season here in CT.

I thought we were in a state of globle warming ?

Kind of reminds me when there was a few inches of snow in June!

You know, "Hank Snow" and his Wife "June"

Have a good day!

We had snow in NH weeks ago, right on schedule for this time of year.

Cold here, too, today... 78°F ;-) ...Jim Thompson

Had some iceballs.

Years ago early 90's I remember comming back from Vegas mid Oct and all the leaves were on the ground. Its about a month later now. We used to get frost in September.

It was cold here over the weekend; highs in the 50's. We had a heavy frost this morning and the heat pump came on for the first time this Fall (we've used the gas fireplace a couple of evenings). November 8 is *way* too early to need heat!

But it's GLOBAL WARMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Politicians should only get paid if the budget is balanced, and there is enough left over to pay them.

ABout 60 here in Pittsburgh for the next few days.

I like how some people feel they can't turn on the heat or air at certain times of the year. I use heat in the summer if I'm cold, and have been known to use both air and heat in the same day.

Winner of today's 'you suck' award... That's it, just rub it in!

I remember, in the early 2000s, getting out of Montana into Idaho 2 hours ahead of 2 feet of snow in September.

It's snowing up there now. They average about 500 inches a season.

Closest big snow to me is MountSnow Vermont, 3 1/2 hrs away. This turned into a favorite for me, as opposed to the bunny Ice hills that are closer.

A balmy 50f right now, but by the 2nd week of December it should be in business.

Cheers

A chilly 73°F here. Tried to have lunch on the patio at Brio yesterday... had to move inside... I was freezing :-) ...Jim Thompson

You must look like an old wrinkled prune living there at your age!
