When I am at home, and have the right computer connected, and have the right account booted, I access usenet through whatever the service is that Cox Cable uses.

However, Cox does not carry all the newsgroups in which I am interested despite multiple requests (no sci.physics, for instance - go figure), and when i am not at home and on the right computer and on the right account, I use google groups.
