Viruses

Is there a good reason so many of the Google Alerts contain visuses. If it was on Yahoo they'd be caught and destroyed. There are to many viruses around so why spread more. Anyone making up a virus should be castrated with a dull rusty knife

Why stop with the Goggle spammers? Why not for every idiot who uses Google Groups?

Sometimes I think Google's owners should be castrated with a dull rusty knife.

They actually scan the pages.

Explain how that would work. I assure you it isn't taking place at Yahoo

--and since Yahoo doesn't flag potentially dangerous sites, it's obvious they are doing NOTHING in this arena.

If YOU weren't using an OS that is suseptible to the infections, you wouldn't have to worry. If YOU ran your OS (from the world's worst producer of software) inside a sandbox, there would be no worries either.

...as should those who use the world's least secure software and blame someone else for their problems.
