mounting pinch roller

Hello all, I have a Sharp Hi8 ViewCam VL-4000 camcorder. The pinch roller has fallen off. I managed to get it back in place but it does come off after a while. How do I get it fixed in place? The camcorder functions ok and image quality is as normal as long the pinch roller is in place.. Can anyone give me advice?

there must be some kind of retainer clip which pushes in to the space above the central shaft oin the pinch roller.or maybe a screw.
