CONFIG_PROC_CONF patch

Hi I am running Linux Kernel 2.4.18 on MPC8260 board. I want to embed the "CONFIG_PROC_CONF" patch. As I understood, that patch makes all configuration parameters passed at compilation time to kernel, to be visible through the /proc file system. The problem is that I cant find that patch. Does anybody know how to get it and use it? Thanks a lot Hagit
