hi,I am an electronics and communication engineering student studying in prefinal year of my degree want to pursue my career in aviation industry.can I join the aviation industry with my U G degree or Do I need any extra qualification? Can any one suggest me?

If by "UG degree," you mean 'undergraduate', the answer is yes. You can start a career in avionics with an undergraduate engineering degree. Apply to be an intern with Garmin, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Universal, etc...
