Hi I am using Xilinx ISE6.0i to program the XPLA3 CPLD.
Here is the UCF file statement I found in the web:
NET "option" LOC = "S:PIN5";
What is the exact meaning of it? Does it mean "Locking option to PIN5 and Setting it to 1"?
If option is an output signal. what dose the "reset/set" resulting to?
