Who can tell me where I can find the introductions to the IO interface standard of fpga(For example,LV TTL,LV CMOS,GTL,GTL+,CTT)? If there is some books,please tell me their names.

Most (if not all) of these are JEDEC-standards and can be downloaded from

Look for JESD8.
