how to start the module of embedded linux

I am working in a company as corporate trainer, and now we hve to
start  the module of Embedded linux, can any 1 suggest me how  to
start this module and from where we can get the required materials or
the names of books and it'll be much better if you  can tell me the
sites or links for downloading the matter.
