Like the subject says I'm looking for a Canadian source for the AT90S2313/AT90S1200. An international supplier would be OK, as long as the minimums or shipping charges aren't too exorbitant.

All I saw listed in their inventory listing was All American, which has a $100 minimum. Digikey has no stock, did not check Mouser.
Switch to the Tiny2313......... and save a load of money into the bargain...... like I did. What are the reasons why you think you can't do this simple switch?

The current ATtiny2313 is upwards compatible with those obsolete chips, and is readily available.
