ich frage mich gerade, was der Unterschied zwischen den Mischer-ICs SA602 und SA612 ist. Aus dem Datenblättern kann ich keine wirklichen Differenzen erkennen.

Bis auf marginale Abweichungen bei min max Daten habe ich auch nie Unterschiede entdecken koennen.
Darin schreibt Lyle: "There is another part called the SA612, which replaces the corresponding NE612, and has essentially the same specifications as the SA602 except that the claimed conversion gain at 45 MHz is slightly lower. Other than that, I can't see any difference except for price -- the SA612 costs a little less than the 602."
Soweit mir bekannt, sind beim SA602 bestimmte Parameter (NF, IP3) garantiert, die beim SA612 nur typisch angegeben sind.
