TIP121 ... Alternative mit 120V Uceo?

Hi,

kann mir jemand eine TIP121-Alternative nennen, die 120V Uceo verträgt?

Was sagst Du denn zu, TL783?

Kann leider nur den MJ11016 bei Reichelt finden. Bei Conrad finde ich gar keinen :-)

Irgendwie schrumpft das Sortiment pro Quartal und irgendwann verkaufen sie nur noch fertige Elektronik ...

Das ist doch ein Spannungsregler wie LM317 bis 120V mit 20V Verlust, also was voellig anderes.

Das Sortiment ist (bei allen Versendern) unglaublich viel besser als noch 1970, ich sag's dir, und alles ist im Verhaeltnis spottbillig heute.

Dong ... habe ich gestern Abend rausgesucht und vermutlich etwas anderes im Kopf gehabt.

MJE340 sollte der Korrekte sein, oder?

Das erinnert mich an einen Satz aus "Zurück in die Zukunft" :-)
