Ich suche aus Platzgründen einen Linear-Spannungsregler für 5V/150mA. Eingangsspannung ist 16V. Hab bis jetzt nur die Microchip MCP1701, MCP1702 gefunden, die haben zwar sogar 250mA, können aber nur 10V bzw.
12V am Eingang ab.
Gibt es noch Alternativen?

das sind über 1,5 Watt. Findest Du das nicht ein wenig warm für TO92?
Mir scheint das ein wenig illusorisch, rein thermisch betrachtet.

Linearregler bräuchte da schon TO220 mit Kühlblech (ohne wirds _viel_ zu heiss), oder DDPAK bei sehr optimalem Platinenaufbau (4Layer, riesige Kühlflächen). Rechne mal die Verlustleistung aus und aus dem Rth des TO92 mal die Chiptemperatur...
Bleiben nur kleine Schaltregler. Z.b. LT3470 mit ein paar externen Bauteilen, dank der hohen Frequenz sehr klein (Cin 2,2µ Keramik, Cout 22µ Keramik (beides 1206), L 33µH
0,3A (SMD) und 2 Widerständen und 2 kleinen Kondensatoren (0603). Ist vom Layout her nicht ganz einfach, aber machbar.
