Dass IC ist ca 20 Jahre alt und wird in Kapazitiv gekoppelte Tastauren von Keytronics verwendet als eingangsbuffer & latch verwendet.

Wenig, es ist ein octal latch, 20 pin, ausgang nach den Mikrocontroller (8035), latchenable komt vom gleichen 8035, eingang sind die Leitungen des Keyboardmatrix. Die ist kapazitiv gekoppeld, also ersatz mit HC oder gar TTL durft schwierig werden. Pinout is auch anders als die bekannte TTL serien. Das ganze dient zur wiederbelebung eine Lilith Module-2 workstation. Die Tastatur ist, soweit ich weiss, specifisch fuer die Lilith.
