Hi.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem 32Kbyte großen SRAM für nen Mikrocontroller, das aber nicht mit 5V sondern mit 3,3V Spannungsversorgung funktioniert! Kennt jemand von euch so ein SRAM. Und vielleicht hat auch jemand einen Hinweis, wo man das bekommen kann!
