OT: copying from the URL window in IE7

I recently "upgraded" to Internet Explorer 7. Now I can't figure out how to copy/paste a URL. I can highlight the URL but when I click on Edit, "cut" and "copy" are greyed out. Can I copy the URL somehow, or will I have to go back to an earlier version of IE or use a different browser?
