Ho un telefono Sirio 187 Basic, non funziona la tastiera, menù, frecce e altri tasti , premendoli non succede niente, è impossibile accedere al menù o comporre un numero. Il guasto sarà risolvibile o posso gettarlo nel secchio?

Non mi ricordo il modello, ma tempo fa mi hanno portato un telefono con un problema simile, sotto aveva uno scompartimento con le pile, gia' guardato?
