Cosi' il circuito diventa simmetrico e la maggior parte della corrente passa dal ponte all'alimentatore, mentre i due rami che vanno ai driver portano poca corrente e simmetrica.

Ne hai due di loop, avrai una massa anche proveniente dal segnale di ingresso, devi fare due interruzioni.

Perche 2 loop? io ne vedo uno solo La massa arriva al connettore centrale in basso al centro vicino l'elettrol itico, poi si sdoppia a destra e a sinistra e va all'ingresso dei due drive r, nei driver si unisce alla massa di potenza che va ai source e li si chiu de.

E' il mio primo ponte h e driver e devo imparare, A istinto credo che bisog na chiudere con percosi corti la corrente del gate del mosfet basso interno al driver verso la massa (il suo source) per questo ho collegato la Vss (s egnali) con COM (massa di potenza), se tolgo questo collegamento la corrent e del gate del mosfet interno al drive deve percorrere tutta la massa di po tenza, possare sulla massa del condensatore elettrolitico in basso e poi ri tornare al driver tramite la Vss.

Probabilmente sbaglio e va bene anche un percorso lungo, non so, non l'ho m ai fatto.

Ma poi questo loop e' veramente dannoso? nell'audio crea un po' di ronzio, qui ci sono segnali digitali con ampia escursione, 0-12V, che vengano influ enzati? Di nuovo boh! non ci ho mai avuto a che fare.

Il mio driver e' da 2A, la metto da 12V/2A=6 (5.6 Ohm) Il mosfet ha 658 nC ,16 nF

Semplificando tutto al massimo puoi supporre:

C > Q/(Vmax-Vmin)

Vmax = tensione di alimentazione prima del diodo - 0.6 Vmin = di solito non si scende sotto ai 10V circa

Oppure puoi utilizzare l'equazione caratteristica:

i = C dV/dt

dove dV e' Vmax-Vmin dt e' il tempo del PWM dove il mosfet superiore e' in conduzione (e quindi lavora il bootstrap) i e' la corrente che ti serve sul gate.

Grazie, ma mi avevano gia' passato una app-note simile, in queste si parla del condensatore di bootstrap che deve fornire tutta l'energia al gate, io non lo uso, fornisco l'alimentazione direttamente. Comunque applicando una formula trovata sulla mia app-note ottengo:

a me viene 2*2*(658+0+5+0)/0.4 = 2652n/0.4 = 6630nF = 6.6uF

Ma e' giusto? In particolare le unita' di misura sono giuste o ho scritto c axxate?

Tornando al mio caso intendevo il condensatore che si vede in questa immagi ne vicino alla scritta Rgate, quello che fornisce il picco iniziale di corr ente prelevato dal push-pull.

In giro ho trovato il valore generico di 100n ma per mosfet normali con 100

0-2000pF di capacita', nel mio caso ne ho ben 16nF, volevo sapere su quale valore andare a parare.

Solo che non riesco a capire come fai a dare un'alimentazione diretta sul mosfet alto, visto che e' a 320Volt.

Cosa hai, due alimentatori flottanti uno per mosfet e uno per i rami bassi?

Il condensatore che indichi tu, sara' un qualcosa intorno ai 100nF in quanto serve solo per sopperire ai fronti veloci, poi e' l'alimentazione che sopperisce a tutto.
