Watching the heathcare debate

That makes no sense. It is cheaper to provide health care to Veterans through their network of hospitals and CBOC sites. A lot of veterans need care that is outside the scope of regular doctors and hospitals, like all the TBI cases from Iraq & Afghanistan.

In fact, the VA is the most cost effective system in the US. Other hospitals want the software & methods developed by the VA, for free. It should be licensed on an annual basis, and the money used to provide additional care that isn't available to Veterans. destroying that system would add a lot of costs and federal jobs to handle all the paperwork, and invited a lot of fraud, like Medicare has.

I've got a partial solution. Change Tina Fey's name to Sarah Palin and run her instead..
