OT: "Procedure" tomorrow

Either Kevin is dumber than a stump, a troll, or liar. Perhaps all three.

Utter nonsense. It's the appeal after appeal, until he's dead that's the expensive part. There is absolutely *no* reason it should take 20 years.

Cursitor Doom isn't a far gone as krw, but he does believe what he reads in the Express, so his grasp of what constitutes truth and what might be falsehood isn't great.

Krw's definition of a lie is something he disagrees with. Appreciating this point makes his posts more understandable, though not a jot more useful.

There is another option which is that krw is just as dumb as a stump, in th at he can't process new information, let alone use it to correct his numero us misapprehensions. It's a whole lot more plausible than the proposition t he Kevin Aylward is dumb or deceitful. Kevin does have his own collection o f misapprehensions, but it's a lot smaller than krw's.

I used to watch that show. That was a good exchange, but it isn't always that good. Still, that was pretty spot on...

Do you watch that garbage? It's intended for the low intelligence liberals. Oh! Sorry, I forgot who I was asking that.

All appeals should have to be completed within two years. Also, someone other than the public should have to pay the costs for any new trials.

Please show the exact law that allows employees to refuse to do their jobs, yet keep their jobs.

Maybe we should send them all to live in your town?

The KKK was full of those hate mongering Democrats.

You would be surprised how smart some Rednecks are, if you weren't so stupid. The original 'rednecks' were farmers, who worked out in the hot sun from dawn till dark.

Part of the problem appears to be that the USA locks up more people per capita than any other developed nation.

Why?

It is absolutely stunning that some can not understand truly simple points. She has not refused to do her job. This is trivially obvious.

What part of "Please cite the exact law that says that a prosecutor must demand the death penalty."

Do you not understand?

"Ayala said she plans to file a notice to withdraw the intent to seek the death penalty in those cases that have not yet gone to trial"

In what shape or form does this imply that she is refusing to do her job? She is simply not going to seek the death penalty. Dah...

Her job is not to kill people.

It's been looked at, and the main difference seems to be longer sentences in the US, rather than a more criminal population. The sample of the US population that posts here doesn't seem to be representative.

Because we have more "bad hombres"? If Mexico would keep all their rapists to themselves we wouldn't need any prisons! Also, we wouldn't be number 1 anymore.
