Fortunately the feds have a cute little way of filing charges against his money and money has no rights. That is civil forfeiture and it happens in a civil court where it only takes a majority of jurors to convict the money. If the feds can find Lay's money, they wil take it. My guess is it is buried behind enough trusts, phony corporations and other lawyer scams that they will be lucky to confiscate the change in his pocket when he died..
