Riiiiight- except when a lunatic with a crummy hand loaded shotgun is roaming their building, then everyone runs for cover, barricadin g themselves in chambers by throwing thousands of pounds of furniture again st the door and calling out hundreds of heavily armed security to save them . Sure looks like intimidation to me.
