Yeah it's sad when people leverage the Constitution to defend sillybutt racists saying the same old things everyone's heard a thousand times before.
Americans rarely invoke the Founding Fathers when I give my entirely personal opinion that I should be free to have three wives, or bang some other guy's wife, or let my buddy bang my girlfriend if they're both into that (and/or he wants to make a financial contribution of some type.)

The fault that caused the added traffic was a lack of synchronization in power supply modules. I know... it sounds odd, but that was it. Go look it up. I think even Wikipedia lists that.
Think about it for a moment. Why would there be an overrun from a system that they would have to use to land on the moon?
What does 'win' mean? It's an enterprise, not a competition, to explore beyond our atmosphere.
We can all achieve. And, copying tech is... smart. Sometimes you can't think of the ownership model as the appropriate one for knowledge.
The AARL handbook is available in digital form, fits in smartphone memory just fine. Try using some of the features, you might find it addictive. Avoid 'angry birds'. They peck, and minutes go missing...

Just checked. They do have pdf format, linux readable (their words).
In the 2014 version at least, the PDFs are on the CD at the back of the paper version.
