If they have white spots and black spots, what color is the part between the spots?

It has, and the yanks were expecting it to. Not at dangerous levels though.

All you need is a couple light bulbs and some switches to synchronize them. Not elegant or automated, but it works.

It would definitely cause problems, and depending on the design the equipment may not be able to run on the wrong frequency.

I would think that they would need a lot of power to run the huge cooling pumps.

You can't fix stupid. You can't even put a Band-Aid? on it, because it's Teflon coated.
