On the plus side you have no chance of having a stroke!

I am currently having an allergic reaction to a Flu vaccination. It;s been three weeks. First I was totally covered (excluding head and backs of knees and elbows, palms of hands and soles of feet - but including everything else ) in itchy lumps like big pimples. Then the itchy lumps all joined up into a fiery, itch red rash. Now my skin is splinting and peeling leaving raw patches all over.

Still 94/58 is dangerously low. Just as an aside, when you are well again you should get a pneumonia vaccination (reduces chance of being bumped by such an infection by more than 50%) and work hard to keep your chest clear if you get a sniffle (ventolin is good)

Cheers

I feel fine. I think it just means I have nice open veins and arteries.

Had the vaccination a year ago. "Reacted" to it, arm stayed sore for nearly a year.

From watching my father get those vaccinations and still getting flu, I avoid the flu vaccine. Knock on wood, no flu since the late 1960's.

Yep, I should exercise to the point of heavy breathing... I'm recovering from a "summer cold" that turned into bronchitis :-( ...Jim Thompson

Imagine this: Go into doc's office for prostrate exam. Hotty, I mean REALLY hotty nurse comes in and tells me to drop my pants, so I do. Then she says, "No, turn around and we'll do from the rear first" :-)

Oh, boy. You always imagine such scenarios as embarrassing... nope, extreme shrivel ;-) ...Jim Thompson
